The Expression of Interest for the detailed design, development, operation and marketing of Corporate Village Malta was launched in June 2010 and closed on October 29th, 2010.
Nine entities submitted their interest in the urban regeneration project intended to catalyze the formation of Malta’s central business district.
The submissions were made by the following:
• Bodies ’n Motion (BIM);
• Fintel Costruzioni SRL;
• SJC Holdings Ltd;
• Malet Consortium;
• AX Holdings;
• Drew Company Inc.;
• Jason J. Wharton;
• Lighthouse & Ashley; and
• David Omar Bongo.
The process will now proceed in accordance with the Expression of Interest.
